Curriculum

The Family Montessori has two classrooms:

(1) Toddler Program - for children between 18 months and 3 years

(2) Primary Program - for children between 3 and 6 years

Additionally, TFM will include enrichment programs as part of the weekly curriculum to ensure your child receives the optimal experience with both an academic and non-academic focus.

The Toddler Program is where children can begin their exciting journey at The Family Montessori. They have the opportunity to learn to do things independently, develop their fine and gross motor skills, and start to cultivate their love of learning.  We have warm, nurturing teachers that help to create this beautiful and safe environment for these passionate and curious little beings.

The Primary Program has an AMS certified lead teacher. It also consists of a beautifully prepared environment for the children to explore and learn through hands on materials and lessons. They will gain knowledge in areas such as: Practical life, Sensorial, Math, Language, Science, Geography, and Cultural Subjects, all while enjoying the chance to socialize with their friends. They are exposed to enrichment programs that help them to develop creatively through art, give them a chance to problem solve, and learn concepts through role playing, games, books, songs, etc.

Our Enrichment Programs are designed to help develop the children in many aspects that are not just academic. Our programs consists of Art, Character Development, Music, Spanish, Yoga, and Gardening. To find out more information regarding these programs, click above on "Enrichment Programs".
